The film is about college students on a picnic to Visakhapatnam along with their professor. On reaching their It Can Be Dangerous - City Of Dreams tells the story of an aspiring actress who comes to Mumbai to fulfill her desires. But her dreams will have to pay a heavy price as nothing in the film industry is as clear as it seems. In order to survive, she will have to give up on her morals and everything else she holds dear., they enjoy themselves to the fullest. They meet a mismatched Bengali couple who gel well with the group of college students. When mention of a girl named Leena comes up, all the students get angry. It is from this night that one by one, all the students are murdered including the professor. The local police track down the murderer. However things take a turn and they realize that they have caught a wrong person.
