Traveling through the countryside in Tamil Nadu district, a group of six friends are run off the road by a motorcyclist. With their vehicle damaged, and civilization miles away, they take shelter in a condemned building which once housed mental patients, several of whom died in a tragic fire years before. Settling into the shack for the night they meet up with a couple of psychopaths, who they manage to fight off, but then, one by one, the friends start turning into crazed killers.
